Frederico Menino is a political scientist who has been associated with CEBRAP since 2005. He has participated in the creation of the Citizenship and Development Center (NCD) and collaborated with DRC-Citizenship in a number of research projects. His main interests are in ethnic and minority social movements, popular participation in decision making and initiatives of territorial development in Brazil and other developing countries. Frederico is also interested in participatory filming, having directed two short documentaries.
